3 tbsp Rice vinegar
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp Fresh ginger, grated

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Filling: Start by finely dicing your chicken and marinate it with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, and sriracha. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes
- Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes
- Make the Fresh Asian Slaw: Combine the shredded cabbages, carrots, bell pepper, and cilantro. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the slaw, tossing to combine
- Crisp the Wonton Shells: Heat oil in a deep skillet; fry the wonton wrappers until golden brown and crispy, about 30-60 seconds per side
- Assemble Your Tacos: Fill the crispy wonton shells with the chicken filling and top with the slaw. Garnish with sliced green onions
- Serve Immediately: Enjoy the tacos fresh for the best texture
Notes
