Description

Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites are a delicious and healthy snack that combines creamy Greek yogurt and rich peanut butter for the perfect treat. They're easy to prepare and provide a great source of protein for the whole family.

Ingredients

2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
3 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your tray: Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or set out a silicone mold
  2. Mix the base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth
  3. Fold in the extras: Gently stir in the mini chocolate chips
  4. Scoop the mixture: Use a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon to drop the mixture into your prepared tray, filling each cavity about three-quarters of the way full
  5. Smooth and top: Use the back of a damp spoon to smooth the tops of your bites and add extra chocolate chips if desired
  6. Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours
  7. Release and enjoy: Once solid, pop the Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites out of the tray

Notes

Use silicone molds for easier removal.

Let sit for a few minutes at room temperature before serving for a creamier texture.
